Elena Gusakova

Legal Counsel

Elena Gusakova joined Renova Capital in 2006 as a Legal Counsel. Elena provides full legal support for M&A transactions, including analysis of due diligence reviews, drafting of transaction documents and supervision of closings. She also coordinates the legal work at the portfolio company level. Prior to joining Renova Capital Elena had worked for more than two years for international law firms, where she participated in M&A transactions in oil, retail, telecommunication and construction industries.

Elena graduated with honors from the Academy of Labor and Social Relations in Moscow. Elena holds an LLM degree in International Economic and Business Law from the State University of Groningen, Holland and Exec. Master degree in International and European Relations and Management from the University of Amsterdam.
