Kirill Kuzmichev

Investment Management Director

Kirill Kuzmichev joined Renova Capital in March 2005 and is in charge of strategy development, management of organizational change and operations improvement at portfolio companies.

Kirill has over 10 years experience in management consulting, operations and technology. Before joining Renova Capital, Kirill was a Director of Purchasing at Baltimor, the largest Russian ketchup and vegetable sauce manufacturer. His responsibilities at Baltimor included all purchasing and supply chain operations for the company's four plants in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Krasnodar and Khabarovsk. Prior to that, Kirill worked in BCG (London office) and as an independent consultant in Moscow. As a consultant, he carried out a number of projects, ranging from strategy development and implementation to post-merger integration in various industries including consumer goods, retail, banking and technology.

Kirill holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Computer Science degree from Electrotechnical University in St. Petersburg.
